Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Booking & Payments Full payment is required to secure your session. Sessions are not confirmed until the Full payment receipt email is received. Cancellations Cancellations made 1 week or more before the scheduled session may be refunded. Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance will result in the loss of 100% of payment. No-Shows Painters who do not show up for their reservation without notice will be charged full session fee. Rescheduling No rescheduling Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Studio Cancellations If the studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
