Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments
Full payment is required to secure your session. Sessions are not confirmed until the Full payment receipt email is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 1 week or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance will result in the loss of 100% of payment.
No-Shows
Painters who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged full session fee.
Rescheduling One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 1 week in advance. Reschedules are responsibility of painter.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
Studio Cancellations
If the studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
