Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Booking & Payments Full payment is required to secure your session. Sessions are not confirmed until the Full payment confirmation email is received. Cancellations Cancellations made 1 week or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 6 days in advance will result in the loss of 100% of payment. No-Shows Painters who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged full session fee. Rescheduling No rescheduling. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings. Studio Cancellations If the studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
